This 90-minute interactive workshop teaches participants how to maintain a healthy immune system through nutrition. Because 70% of the immune system resides in the gut, this workshop will focus on the importance of maintaining healthy digestion microbiome balance. Workshop attendees will receive an electronic guide that lists foods to consume and avoid in their diet and healthy recipes that can be prepared easily at home. The workshop facilitator will be available for ongoing coaching and support upon request.
